How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and large events (100+ guests), 2–3 months out is ideal. For smaller events, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. Spring and fall dates fill up fastest.

Do you offer drop-off or staffed catering?

Both. We offer drop-off for smaller or informal events, and full-service staffed catering where we handle setup, service, and breakdown. We'll recommend the right option for your event.

What areas do you serve?

Based in Waxahachie, TX — we serve the entire DFW Metroplex and surrounding communities. We also travel for the right event.

Is there a minimum guest count?

No hard minimum. We've done intimate backyard events and large cookouts alike. Tell us about your event and we'll make it work.

How do I secure my date?

A retainer fee secures your date. The amount varies by event size and type. Balance is due one week before your event. Pickup orders are paid in full at booking.

Do you handle dietary restrictions?

Yes — let us know about any dietary needs when you reach out and we'll work accommodations into your menu plan.

When is crawfish season?

Typically late winter through spring. Dates fill fast — get on our inquiry list early if you want a crawfish boil.

What's the “41” sauce?

Our signature sauce, named in honor of grandfather R.C. Myles and a number significant in our family history. Available upon request — and always a conversation starter.
